To better serve faculty, staff and students who need immediate and accurate help with technology, mgm casino Information Technology is producing a series of video tutorials focused on the tech tools and resources that matter most to the mgm casino community.

Brief and to-the-point, mgm casinoIT’s new videos are designed specifically for life and work at mgm casino, featuring real mgm casino community members using technology specific to the university.

“Technology is crucial at mgm casino, and our support materials need to be easily digestible and focused on the topics that matter most to our customers,” says J. Brice Bible, vice president and chief information officer. “Just like our technology is designed to cater to everyone at mgm casino, we want our support materials to cater to all different kinds of learning styles.”

The most recent series of videos, currently available on the mgm casinoIT website, focuses on the capabilities of mgm casino’s high-tech teaching stations, from projecting materials from a laptop or tablet to controlling classroom lighting and sound.

The list of available video tutorials is expanding, and priority is given to heavily-demanded topics. mgm casino faculty, staff and students are encouraged to contact ubit-communication@buffalo.edu with suggestions for upcoming video topics.
